Middle School Programme

The Middle School phase includes Years 7 to 9 (typically for learners aged from 11 to 14 years). Students will experience a balanced and broad international education that prepares them as life-long learners. This phase of schooling provides a natural progression from primary to secondary education with clear learning objectives and a solid foundation in the areas of English, Mathematics, Science, History, Geography, Information & Communications Technology, Religious Studies, Art, Music and  Health and Physical Education. Each of the classes in Middle School also has a class teacher who functions as a pastoral tutor for the class, and several other teachers who specialise in their particular subject or subject groups.

Subjects will be taught in line with Cambridge Checkpoint’s standards and objectives in order to prepare students for progression to Year 10 IGCSE’s.
